Great Show - Horrible Service
The day was marred by the horrendous treatment from the staff, while the show itself was wonderful. They continuously shouted orders at us as we stood waiting in the cold. Despite being asked to stop shouting, the employees continued to do so. We were instructed to move up, stay in line, and questioned why we were staying in line when all doors were open. When we finally entered the lobby, only one door was open to the auditorium, creating a crush of people. A concession stand worker requested us to move to sell more, even though there was no place to move to. It felt like being on the 4 train during rush hour. We managed to reach our seats just five minutes before the show started. However, the staff continued to seat people during the show, causing disruptions. The first third of the show was interrupted by people walking down the aisle and blocking our view. Despite the great aspects of the show such as the music, singing, dancing, and effects, the overall experience was disappointing due to the terrible treatment by the staff and the poor logistics.
